In some states they o0nly require a reg agent and nothing else. the state of ky only needs a po box and reg agent. legit legal papers are severed to reg agent. you have no proof active male models is a scam. you base this off a old business he owns. also by calling his security business a scam is slander because you dont know anything about it and you claim he did you wrong years ago on a old business. i would really watch yourself because you have no legal idea what your doing.
