UPDATE: If you would like to post comments here, you will need to have an account with Google. As you can see, virtually all of the comments coming in have been from the same person. Quite frankly, I'm tired of dealing with it. So if you have something to say to me, please contact me at

YOUR IDENTIFYING INFORMATION WILL NOT BE DISCLOSED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
Any e-mails to the above e-mail account which are received from anonymous mailer services, such as hush.com, or any e-mails which are from non-U.S. services, such as gmx, will be routed directly into the spam folder.
Some recent comments have come in with URL's to Facebook profiles, alleging to belong to my alleged pseudonym (a perfectly legal method of concealing an identity, by the way). It should be noted that I will not publish any comments that contain links to others' Facebook profiles or which contain any other identifying information.
It should also be noted that I will not stop my activities with this blog until such time as this modeling scam has been brought to a final end and reparations have been paid to victims.
I will happily consider speaking to the attorneys for Active Male Models if I am provided with their name and contact information. However, I imagine that this information will not materialize due to the implications of the clean hands doctrine for the owner.
GoFundMe ServiceDog1, RDC Media, rdcmedia.net, I-Models Promotions LLC, i-models.net, Active Male Models and Models Today are financial and/or GAY PORNOGRAPHY SCAMS. If you have been approached by owner Russell Claxon or his MANY online aliases on social networking sites, KEEP READING! The main post about Active Male Models is in the tab below, called "Active Male Models SCAM." The rest of this blog is just ongoing updates about the company. Knowledge is power, caveat emptor! :)

Face book does not allow you to have fake names and fake profiles even more so to harass people. Face book will keep getting flooded with complaints of this face book account until it is shut down. If you were not a fraud then you would have no problem using your real name and picture. The fact you claim to protect yourself is not justifiable because if you were with in your legal rights as you say then you would not care. The only reason you refuse to show your real name and picture is you know you will face a costly suit, which will take any funds you have or not have to legally fight such a case. It is ok I am sure your bogus face book will be posted soon and just so you know you can be charged with id theft for using someone’s real name. The person name you stole has been notified to file charges and file with face book for id theft.
ReplyDeleteYou are not a smart person. Telling people you and news are trying to do a sting. and the scam bbb has been sending stuff to ag's in different states when the bbb is a big scam and is being sued all over us right now.
there are no victims. Models today is no longer in business and no funds are there because people owed that business over 10,000 dollars from theft of services. Active Male Models cannot have victims because there know they only pay for there page to sit on the site which is perfectly legal.
If you were no legal smart as you claim to be you would not legit lawyer would email some fake and bogus email with no name and info on the person there emailing. If you were so happy to speak to there lawyers then you would provide the info so they can deal with you but we all know this will not happen because you know you will face the truth of knowing your exposed as a true scam and the legal suits that would come after the release of your name would hurt you money wise. You even slander the company name of us security agency which is not in business. If I were you I would watch who you talk to and what you tell people. You have called people who tell these legit companies what your saying and doing a mole but they are people standing up for the real truth and the misleading and unjust way you harass people. Eyes are watch you at all times.

And no I am not Russell you sick pervert.
Also, ask your lawyer to explain to you the legal concept of "Unclean Hands," also known as the "Clean Hands Doctrine." You can read a bit about that here:
Deletehttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unclean_hands
But I imagine you'll need a more simple explanation.
Interesting. Nice try. The use of pseudonyms is not illegal. Benjamin Franklin wrote under the name "Richard Saunders," for example, and many other authors publish under pen names.
DeleteThe owner of Active Male Models uses the names "Russ David" and "David C. Russ," for example -- except these names are used with the actual intent to defraud, meaning that the false names are used in order to conceal the identity of the companies' owner so that unsuspecting consumers cannot inform themselves properly of that "businessperson's" past misdeeds and crimes. He then takes their money and does nothing for them except put photos on a dirt cheap website. This is deliberate false advertising: You can't claim to be a 'master agent' and do absolutely nothing for your models. Besides what is in the contracts, it is also a requirement that advertising claims be substantiated. That is Active Male Models tacit agreement with anyone who does business with them. If the advertising claims are deliberate fabrications, AND THEY ARE, this amounts to fraud.
I will neither confirm nor will I deny my name or that I am using a pen name. It's also impossible to steal someone's identity unless it is intentional. There is a major difference between making up a random name and targeting someone with the intention of stealing an identity. Otherwise television characters would never be allowed to have names. :)
Again: The reason I will not reveal my details is because the owner of Active Male Models is known to harass and abuse his victims.
Also, according to the Kentucky Secretary of State, Models Today is currently an active LLC.
Eyes can be on me at all times. That's fine. I'm not really that concerned about it, to be perfectly honest. But thanks for sharing this with me, even though I have no idea what you're talking about. :)
Clean Hands Doctrine is not a good in this case because there has been no fraud. you have to prove fraud which you can not.
ReplyDeleteUnder the new ID theft laws the misuse of a name is illegal and you can be charged with id theft. You are impersonating another to do unlawful acts so you can not be taken to justice. The people who carry are this name would not want a scam artist like you misusing the honor of there name.
The names Russell may use must be part of his name so he is not stealing any ones id. You in fact have stated you use a fake name and have stolen a person id. This in its self is admission of guilt.
Active Male Models does everything legit. The amount they pay if for the posting of there pictures only and there is nothing false and misleading about that when you sign a paper stating and agreeing to that.
Again the reason you don't reveal your name is because your scared to be exposed as a fraud and to be sued till your broke. If you have a lawyer and know the law so well then you know he can not harass you like you have harass him. It is funny how you say he would harass you and abuse you but that is what your doing. harassing him and abusing him. THERE ARE NO VICTIMS. DO YOU NOT GET IT. If there were any then the old company would not have won so many court cases.
Just because Models Today LLC is listed active does not mean it is still in business. Get a clue! lol
Your replies are pathetic and totally LOL.
Eyes will be on you. Lost of people you talk to send all the info you say back to the companies in question. Your threats to these guys that if they side with Russell then they will go down too is totally retarded. Not everyone thinks what your doing is moral or legit. Many side with Russell. I am in United Kingdom and you have talked to me before and don't even know it. Good thing you have the mind god gave a flea.

And no I am not Russell you sick pervert.
You're just not going to intimidate me. :) So why not stop it now?
DeleteI've also made no threats to anyone. But, if people are helping to carry out these scams -- or if they have full knowledge of them and are helping to keep them going by supporting them in any way -- then, yes, they are complicit.
DeleteExamples of public figures:
ReplyDeleteA former city attorney and an attorney for a corporation organized to recall members of city counsel
A psychologist who conducted "nude marathon" group therapy
A land developer seeking public approval for housing near a toxic chemical plant
Members of an activist group who spoke with reporters at public events
Corporations are not always public figures. They are judged by the same standards as individuals.
Russell can not be a public figure. Get real legal advice.

And no I am not Russell you sick pervert.
Have a look at this:
Deletehttp://www.expertlaw.com/library/personal_injury/defamation.html
"The concept of the 'public figure' is broader than celebrities and politicians. A person can become an 'involuntary public figure' as the result of publicity, even though that person did not want or invite the public attention. For example, people accused of high profile crimes may be unable to pursue actions for defamation even after their innocence is established, on the basis that the notoriety associated with the case and the accusations against them turned them into involuntary public figures.
A person can also become a 'limited public figure' by engaging in actions which generate publicity within a narrow area of interest. For example, a woman named Terry Rakolta was offended by the Fox Television show, Married With Children, and wrote letters to the show's advertisers to try to get them to stop their support for the show. As a result of her actions, Ms. Rakolta became the target of jokes in a wide variety of settings. As these jokes remained within the confines of her public conduct, typically making fun of her as being prudish or censorious, they were protected by Ms. Rakolta's status as a 'limited public figure'."
i am sorry but your misguided way to prove your point shows how sick of person you are. russell has faced no charges in the last 15 or more years. that bogus news story was only hear say. if russell was doing illegal stuff he would be in jail. the news story came out in 2009 and nothing which proves he has done nothing illegal by law.
Deletejust because your on the news and some scam blogger who is a sick person stalking people does not make anyone a public figure. good try with your bogus and misleading reply.
get a life and stop harassing people and stalking them.
give your info so the companies you are making fake claims about can have there lawyers deal with you. oh wait you will not do that because you do not want to be exposed as the sick pervert you are. plus you could not afford to be sued.

The truth hurts, I know, but I'm right, which is infuriating to you.
DeleteIf the companies would like to contact me, they are very welcome to do so at activemalemodelsexperience@googlemail.com
Alternatively, I will happily speak directly to the companies if they provide a telephone number where I can contact them.
Additionally, if I am provided with the contact details of the law firm, I will gladly consider speaking directly to the attorneys. I am quite happy to do so.
Even if you use a proxy server in another country, that proxy server maintains a record of the IP address which was filtered through it. Every single move is traceable. If what I am doing is criminal or otherwise illegal -- which it is not -- then the police can very easily obtain a warrant to seize this blog and its contents and take action against me. However, I am simply reporting what has already been reported in the public media and through public records. They have had over two months' time to do so and have not. This is because the owner of Active Male Models would have to provide this blog to law enforcement, who would then have to launch a formal investigation into Active Male Models. Unclean hands.
Again: If you would like to take legal action against me, I will happily consider speaking directly to the attorneys for Active Male Models if their information is provided to me at the e-mail address indicated.
