He is NOT a legitimate journalist or photographer, nor has he received any formal training to qualify as such. Be sure to do your RESEARCH first before engaging with him! FYI - Claxon is now claiming to have PTSD and has started a GoFundMe account. He sent both my husband and I an email claiming to have all kinds of mental health issues with a link to the site.
